Terms and conditions

1. Minimum stay: Three nights
2. Check in: Rooms are available to check in at 13.00 on arrival day and must be emptied by 10.00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
3. Check out: The final cleaning of each apartment is normally done at 10.00 am However it is possible to schedule it for a later time. Check in and check out procedures may be subject to some flexibility according to reservations and availability.
4. Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled ( by fax or email) within 30 days of arrival the entire amount will be refunded. There will be no refund in all other cases including no show.
5. Deposit upon arrival: It is required 100€ deposit for the apartment keys and remote controls. The deposit will be returned after the redelivery of keys and remote controls.
6. Utilities: Included
7. Extra cleaning: Euro 20 per hour
8. Extra linen or towels: euro 15 per person
9. Air conditioning/heating system: Included
10. During Check in:: Guests are required to show a valid identity document or a copy of it.
11. The owner may provide his guests with a renting contract if required when guests collect the keys.
12. Clients are required to agree to the above terms of business and are entitled to provide comments or suggestions.

How to:

• How to book the Agrumeto: Once you have placed your booking and received confirmation of availibility, 25% deposit of the total price is required to be paid in advance. Alternatively you can guarantee your booking by providing your credit card details.
• Deposit: You can send the deposit via bank transfer or Paypal.
• Booking confirmation: Once the deposit is received the owner will send a confirmation email to the guest to confirm the booking.
• Final payment: The final total amount can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or cash once you arrive at the premises.
• Picking up the keys: The apartment's keys can be picked up once you arrive at the apartment itself by prior appointment with the owner.

All guests must comply with the following rules:

• Schedule an appointment with the owner no later than five days prior to arrival.
• Strictly comply to the amount of people allowed in the apartment as stated in the confirmation email.
• Read, understand and sign the terms and conditions upon arrival.
