www.lagrumetonapoli.it performs the processing of data of its own users in compliance with the Code about the protection of personal data disciplined by the D. lgs n.196/2003. The holder of the processing assures that the same data will be used only to obtain anonymous statistical informations on the use of the web site and to monitor its proper operation and that the same data will be deleted immediately after the processing. However, a part from what’s been pointed out, the same data could be used for the ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the web site.

Subjects’ rights

Within the meaning of the art.7 of the Code about the protection of personal data (D. lgs n.196/2003) the users have the right in any moment to obtain the attestation of the existence of the same data and to know the contents and the source, to check the accuracy or to ask for the integration, the updating or the rectification.

This web site doesn’t use Cookies so no datum will be sent from our server to the user’s browser.

Minimum security measures

www.lagrumetonapoli.it has adopted all the minimum security measures provided by art. 33, 34 as well as by the Annex B of the Code about the protection of personal data (D. Igs n.199/2003) for the processing of the same data with electronic instruments. These data will be processed strictly for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of their collection.
